I have had the pleasure of working with Eric this past year in my role as Grants and Philanthropy Director for the California CASA Association. Eric conducted an audit with our DonorPerfect software and provided valuable next steps which will take out organization to its next level.  In addition, because of his expertise in this field, we had Eric present to our 44 local CASA programs via a Zoom webinar.  His presentation was well received.  It’s not easy to present on technology or software, but Eric made a potentially boring subject come to life with his lively and engaging presentation.  Our only negative comment from the attendees was there wasn’t enough time for his presentation, and they were left wanting more.  I highly recommend Eric.  His professionalism, mixed with his endearing personality, is a great fit for any organization to give its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a boost.

Eric has been instrumental in helping the Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation and the Alpha Chi Rho National Fraternity in determining our next Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for both organizations. Eric is currently serving on the Development Committee for the Alpha Chi Rho Educational Foundation. In this role, Eric has presented on Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge to the Executive Council for the Educational Foundation (AXPEF) on his usage on Raiser’s Edge in fundraising, donor cultivation, research, and reporting. His knowledge of Raiser’s Edge has been invaluable to our pursuit of a comprehensive CRM. Most recently, Eric has supported our further investigation of other CRM’s that utilize other wealth management systems like Donor Search and Wealth Engine. He was able to articulate the benefits and advantages of utilizing these external vendors. In this process, we realized that we would need additional resources to fully take advantage of the information provided in these wealth management databases. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Eric for helping non-profits reach their goals and needs into the future.

Eric juggled many different responsibilities with very little direction. He displayed impressive resourcefulness and problem-solving ability in situations with limited resources. He’s a big-picture thinker; often our team relied on Eric to recollect our focus on the issue at hand. He was able to recognize and comprise innovative solutions to the many challenges that nonprofit work often entails. Eric contributes to a team and respectfully offers insightful suggestions and solutions to projects even if they are not his responsibility.  He streamlined daily processes to make our department run more efficiently. He increased our relationships with donors as well as volunteers, even gracefully giving many volunteers the opportunity to give. Our volunteer retention and acquisition rate were the highest I’d have ever seen it.
